Can I frame the prints myself?

Absolutely. We offer prints without frames, allowing you to tailor the presentation to your taste. Simply choose “no frame” when placing your order.

Can the frames be customized?

We're unable to offer frame customizations currently.

What materials are used for your frames?

Each frame is meticulously crafted from wood and assembled by hand for every artwork in the US.

What hanging hardware do you recommend?

Our frames come ready to hang, no additional assembly required. We suggest using screws for smaller pieces and wall anchors for our largest sizes to secure your art safely.

Do you offer signed or numbered prints?

We occasionally release limited editions that are signed and numbered, which typically sell out quickly. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.

What is the finish of your prints?

Our art is printed on high-quality 300gsm matte archival paper, made from 100% cotton rag for a premium matte finish.

Do you use glass or acrylic in your frames?

For the protection of our prints, we opt for UV-blocking acrylic, which, despite being costlier than glass, provides enhanced safety during transit.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What's your return policy?

Given the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Each artwork is uniquely printed, mounted, and framed according to your specifications.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

As all orders are custom and made to order, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.

Am I able to cancel or modify my order?

Order cancellations or modifications are possible within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes.

ORDERS

When can I expect my order?

Our premium art prints are crafted with care, requiring about 10-14 business days for printing, mounting, and framing before shipping. Upon dispatch, we'll send you a tracking number from FedEx, allowing you to monitor your shipment, which typically arrives within 3-5 days.

What if my print is damaged upon arrival?

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged print, please contact us without delay. Email photos of the damaged item and its packaging to SUPPORT@IAMACIVILIANAIRE.COM for assistance. Remember to photograph the packaging, regardless of its condition.

Is expedited shipping available?

At this time, we're unable to provide expedited shipping options.

What should I do if my order is missing?

Should your order be marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out to us at SUPPORT@IAMACIVILIANAIRE.COM. We'll make every effort to locate it.
